To log in to Mercari, you will need to prepare your registered email address and your password. Please check that you have both of these.

Please double-check capital or lowercase letters, numbers, full-width and half-width characters, symbols, or other characters that can be easy to mistype. - If you do not know your email address

The email address where you receive notifications from Mercari is your registered address, so please check your inbox for emails from Mercari in order to confirm your email address.

- If you can’t remember your password
Please reset your password.
If you don’t receive the password reset email, please check the following and then try resetting your password again.- Ensure that spam mail settings are disabled
- If you do not receive an SMS verification code

If you still can’t log in

If you are using a VPN, please disable the settings.
When a VPN is used, it may cause issues logging in. Please disable the VPN settings and try logging in again. -
If you continuously fail to log in within a certain period of time, please wait and try again.
For security reasons, even if you enter the correct information, your log in access may be temporarily restricted. Please wait 3~4 days before trying to log in again.
