How to Change Your Account Information
Information that can be changed/updated
You can change the following information that you registered to Mercari when you signed up for your account.
- Nickname
- Profile picture
- Email address
- Password
- Gender
- Phone number
Some information can not be edited from the Mercari app.
How to change or update your information
On your account page, tap “Personal Information”
*To sign in to Mercari, you will need your email address and password. For more information, please refer to How to Change Your Email or Password.
Information that cannot be changed/updated
- Your registered name
- Your registered date of birth
*Please note that we cannot change the above information even if you send us an inquiry.
