How to Change Your Account Information
Information that can be changed/updated
You can change the following information that you registered to Mercari Japan when you signed up for your account.
- Nickname
- Profile picture
- Email address
- Password
- Gender
- Phone number
Some information can not be edited from the Mercari Japan app.
How to change or update your information
On your account page, tap “Personal Information”
Note: To sign in to Mercari Japan, you will need your email address and password. For more information, please refer to How to Change Your Email or Password.
Information that cannot be changed/updated
- Your registered name
- Your registered date of birth
Note: Please note that we cannot change the above information even if you send us an inquiry.
