Shipping Methods and Procedures
This page explains how shipping works and provides information on available shipping options.
If you need help with individual transactions made using a proxy service or encounter issues with international shipping, please contact Buyee by clicking the button below.
After the buyer makes a purchase, the seller will ship the item to the designated Buyee warehouse.
Buyee will ship the item from its warehouse to the buyer’s shipping address using the shipping method selected by the buyer.

You can choose either of the two shipping methods below.
- EMS or others
You can select from the following in accordance with the package type.- EMS, small packet, registered mail, or international courier services (DHL/UPS/Fedex, etc.)
- Mercari Global Shipping
For customers in Taiwan: To use this option, you will need to complete registration on the EZ WAY app and carry out real-name authentication. Please follow the instructions below.
If any of the following applies, you may not be able to select Mercari Global Shipping to ship your item.- Items valued over 200,000 JPY
- Packages containing any food items (including vitamins & dietary supplements and pet food), beverages, or alcoholic beverages
- Packages containing batteries or power tools
- Packages containing medical supplies, medical equipment, or sanitary products
- Packages exceeding the courier’s size restrictions
