Consult with Buyee

After the buyer makes a purchase, the seller will ship the item to the designated Buyee warehouse.
Buyee will ship the item from its warehouse to the buyer’s shipping address using the shipping method selected by the buyer.

*It is not possible to specify the method of shipping between the seller and Buyee’s warehouse. For more information about how transactions work, please here to the guide here

You can choose either of the two shipping methods below.

• EMS or others
  You can select from the following in accordance with the package type.
  • EMS, small packet, registered mail, or international courier services (DHL/UPS/Fedex, etc.)
• Mercari Global Shipping
  If any of the following applies, depending on the country or region, you may not be able to select Mercari Global Shipping to ship your item.
  • Items valued over 200,000 JPY
  • Packages containing any food items (including vitamins & dietary supplements and pet food), beverages, or alcoholic beverages
  • Packages containing batteries or power tools
  • Packages containing medical supplies, medical equipment, or sanitary products
  • Packages exceeding the courier’s size restrictions
*Please note that if customs duties are incurred, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay them

To use Mercari Global Shipping, you will need to complete registration on the EZ WAY app and carry out real-name authentication. Please follow the instructions below.

Additionally, please note the following regarding redelivery in Taiwan:

• Redelivery will only be available via home delivery.
• Please check the SMS from the customs agent or the email from Buyee for information regarding redelivery procedures.
• There is a 150 TWD redelivery fee that will be charged as cash on delivery.
• If no action is taken within three weeks after information regarding redelivery procedures has been sent to you, there is a possibility that the package will be discarded. In that case, you will be held responsible for any disposal fees incurred.
