Cases Where Additional Payment Is Requested

Additional payment may be required after a transaction has started due to one of the following reasons.

Examples where additional fees or repayment may be required
  1. When the package is returned to Buyee due to the recipient refusing delivery or not being present to receive the package

You may be charged additional shipping costs.

  2. When an order for a handcrafted, made-to-order, or other item requires some time to prepare before shipping and the credit period for the credit card has expired in the interim
Repayment will be required (you will not be charged twice).
  3. When a separate payment is required for customs fees
Customs fees may be required if importing the item meets the conditions for taxation of the destination country.
If customs clearance procedures are required in addition to paying customs fees, you will need to handle the procedures and pay any relevant costs directly.
*Whether customs fees are required and duty rates also vary depending on the destination country. Please contact your local customs office directly before purchasing to confirm whether customs fees are required, as well as details on duty rates and similar matters
