This service is only available in Hong Kong.

It allows you to pick up your items at designated Cainiao Store locations nearby.

As this service is provided by Cainiao Store, the rules and regulations related to this service are set and applied by Cainiao Store.

1. Select Cainiao station pickup on the purchase screen
   When you select Mercari Global Shipping, there will be a toggle button at the bottom of the purchase screen.
   
   Please toggle "Cainiao station pickup" on, and then tap "Proceed to Purchase" to transition to the Buyee screen.
   
2. Enter your information on the Buyee screen
   On the "Pickup location" screen, you can confirm the store where you will pick up your item.
   From the "Select Cainiao pickup station" button, choose the store where you want to pick up your item.
   
   After selecting the store and completing the input of necessary information such as your name and mobile phone number, tap "Next."
   Once all necessary information, including your payment method, has been entered on the Buyee screen, you will proceed to the order review screen.
   
   You can also change the pickup store on the order review screen.
   *You cannot change the pickup store after completing the order procedure. Please confirm the selected pickup store at this stage of the order review before proceeding with your purchase
   
   Once you place your order on the order review screen, the order process, including payment processing, will be completed.
   
   *If you are using Mercari for the first time, you will need to enter your delivery address and personal information
   *Please enter your information in English, Traditional Chinese, or Simplified Chinese
   *Please enter a mobile phone number that can receive SMS messages
   

When the item arrives at the designated store, you will receive notification of the pickup code via SMS message.
Please use that code to pick up your item at the designated store within 3 days of the storage period.

*The day you receive the pick up code via SMS message is counted as the first day of the storage period

• Available Shipping Methods
  You can use the in-store pickup service with Mercari Global Shipping.
• Available Product Sizes and Handling if Size Exceeds
  • Longest side: within 100cm
  • Total of three sides: within 200cm
  • Maximum weight: 20kg (20,000g)
  
  If the product is measured at the Buyee warehouse and is not eligible for in-store pickup, it will be delivered to your address via courier. No additional shipping fee will be incurred.
  Mercari will contact you regarding the delivery.
• Unable to Pick Up Item Within Storage Period
  The storage period at the store is 3 days.
  From the 4th to the 7th day, you can pick up the item at the store by paying an additional fee for the number of days exceeded.
  If it exceeds 7 days, please contact Buyee from below.

• Want to Check Pickup Store/Delivery Status
  You can confirm which store you will pick up from by following the steps below.
  
  • Mercari My Page > Purchased Items > Check the store name displayed in the delivery section
