This service is limited only to items shipped to Taiwan.

This service allows you to receive your purchased item at a nearby convenience store.

Currently, Mercari only supports 7-Eleven as a pickup location.

The convenience store pickup option is only available for packages that meet the following size, weight, and shipping method requirements.

  • Maximum length: 45 cm
  • Length × Width × Height: Within 105 cm
  • Maximum weight: 9kg (9,000g)

Even if you select the convenience store pickup option at the time of purchase, if the package exceeds the size or weight limits during inspection, it will be switched to home delivery.
No additional shipping fee will be charged in this case.

1. On the purchase screen, select “7-Eleven pickup.”
2. Choose your desired store.
   Tap the “Select a 7-Eleven Store” button to be redirected to the 7-Eleven website.
   Choose your pickup location.
   Once you select the location and enter recipient information, tap “Next.”
3. Enter required information such as address and payment details.
   *If this is your first time using Mercari, you will need to input your shipping address and personal information.

Once your package is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS notification.
When picking up your item at the selected store, please bring a valid ID.

If customs duties are incurred, please pay them at the store when receiving your item.

Your package will be held at the convenience store for 7 days from the date it arrives.

If you do not pick up the package within the holding period, it will be delivered to your registered address via cash-on-delivery (COD) courier.
