How to Change Your Delivery Address

This guide explains what to do if you wish to change your delivery address after purchasing an item (including cases where the wrong address was entered).

Once your order has been placed, Mercari cannot change your shipping address.
To change your shipping address after completing your order, please confirm the current tracking status of your item and contact the shipping company or pick up location.

  • If the item has not yet be handed over to the shipping company in your country/region:
    The shipping address cannot be changed until the package has been handed over to the shipping company in your country/region.
  • If the item has been handed over to the shipping company in your country/region:
    Once the item has been handed over to the shipping company in your country/region, please contact the shipping company or the pickup location to inquire about changing the shipping address.

    Please note that if delivery has already been completed, your shipping address cannot be changed. Thank you for your understanding.
