Mercari can make changes to the delivery address as long as the package has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier in your country/region of residence.

- When Mercari Cannot Change the Delivery Address
If the package has already been handed over to the shipping carrier in your country/region or has already been delivered, Mercari cannot make changes to the address.
In that case, please check the shipping status from the transaction page and contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
