Mercari asks that users create one account per person and refrain from signing up for multiple accounts.
If you already have a Mercari account, please sign in using that account.

How to register an account

Tap “Sign up” and register the following information by following the instructions on the screen.
- Select your country and currency
- Select your preferred language

Enter your email address and password
*Check the box to Receive notifications from Mercari - Enter your name and date of birth
- Enter the six-digit passcode listed in the verification email and tap “Verify and complete”
- Sign up complete

Only enter your own personal information.
*Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport
During registration, you will need to confirm the verification code sent to your email address.
