• “This email has already been registered” or “Sign in with your registered account” is displayed
• I can’t register with my email address
• I haven’t received the verification email/I want to resend the verification email

The email address that you are trying to use to sign up may already be registered to a different account.

• If you remember registering an account:
  Please try signing in.
• If you don’t remember signing up for an account:
  Contact our Help Center using the inquiry form linked at the bottom of this page.

The email address you have entered may either not be formatted properly or is not able to be used on Mercari. If any of the following apply, please register using a valid email address.

• There is a period directly in front of the @ symbol, or at the start of your email address
• There are consecutive periods in front of the @ symbol
• The email address includes text strings other than half-width characters or valid symbols
  *Valid symbols are ( . ! # $ % & ' * + – / = ? ^ _ { | } ~ )

There is a possibility that you may have mistyped your email address, or that you may have filters set for incoming messages.

Please check for the following, then tap “Resend a verification code” on the verification code entry screen to resend the verification code.

• If your email address is incorrect:
  Tap “Edit email address,” and enter the correct email address.
• If you have incoming message filters turned on:
  Turn off incoming message filters in your email settings.
