Unrecognized Login Notification
If you have received a log in notification that you don’t recognize, for security reasons we ask that you check your log in history.
You can also force a log out for any devices that you don’t recognize.
Please check below for more information.
You can view your log in history by following the instructions below.
Select the relevant log in information listed in the “Login History” tab and check if you were the one who logged in.
- Tap “Login history” in the “Security” tab on your account page
If there is a log in that you are unsure about or do not recognize, please forcefully log out the device by following the instructions below, then contact the Help Center.
How to forcefully log out a logged in device- Tap “Login history” in the “Security” tab on your account page

From the list of currently signed in devices, select the device or devices that you want to log out of
*“This device” is displayed next to the name of the device that you are currently viewing the log in history on. Please take care not to forcefully sign out of that device

Tap “Log out of the displayed device”

When you are asked “Do you want to log out of the displayed device?” select “Log out”
