Deleting Your Account
You can close your account by following the instructions below.
- Tap “Close your account” at the bottom of this guide
- Select the reason for deleting your account and check the confirmation boxes after confirming their details
- Tap “Agree and close the account”
Important notes regarding closing your account
If you have any transactions in progress, you will need to wait until they are completed before you can close your account.
If you remember the email address you previously used for signing up, please reuse your old account.
If you remember the email address you used previously:
Reset your password, then sign in.

If you don’t remember the email address you used previously:

*If “This email address has already been registered” or “Sign in with your registered account” is displayed when you try to register, please reactivate your account by resetting your password
