Mercari Campaigns

This guide provides FAQs about campaigns and a list of currently running campaigns.


Campaign FAQs
  • If I use coupons, am I no longer eligible for campaign participation or rewards?
    You may be excluded from some campaigns.
    Please check the conditions on the campaign’s page.
  • If I complete the purchase process before the campaign period begins, will I be eligible for the campaign?
    If you complete the purchase process before the campaign period, you will not be eligible for the campaign.
    You must complete the purchase process after the campaign begins.
  • I haven't received my reward yet. When will I receive it?
    The timing of special offer/reward distribution varies for each campaign.
    Please check the relevant section such as "Details about reward distribution" on the special campaign page.

    If you do not receive your reward after the distribution date, you may not have met the required conditions.
  • My family and friends received a campaign announcement, but I didn't.
    Some campaigns are targeted to users based on their registration time or usage status.

    Unfortunately, announcements are only sent to those eligible to participate in the campaign. If you did not receive an announcement, you are not eligible for that campaign.
