This guide provides FAQs about campaigns and a list of currently running campaigns.

• If I use coupons, am I no longer eligible for campaign participation or rewards?
  You may be excluded from some campaigns.
  Please check the conditions on the campaign’s page.
• If I complete the purchase process before the campaign period begins, will I be eligible for the campaign?
  If you complete the purchase process before the campaign period, you will not be eligible for the campaign.
  You must complete the purchase process after the campaign begins.
• I haven't received my reward yet. When will I receive it?
  The timing of special offer/reward distribution varies for each campaign.
  Please check the relevant section such as "Details about reward distribution" on the special campaign page.
  
  If you do not receive your reward after the distribution date, you may not have met the required conditions.
• My family and friends received a campaign announcement, but I didn't.
  Some campaigns are targeted to users based on their registration time or usage status.
  
  Unfortunately, announcements are only sent to those eligible to participate in the campaign. If you did not receive an announcement, you are not eligible for that campaign.
• I want to know more about your social media campaigns.
  For information regarding the campaigns we hold on social media platforms, please DM our social media account on the platform that the campaign is being hosted on.

An invitation code is a special promotional code that can be used during eligible account registration campaign periods. By entering a valid invitation code when creating a new Mercari Japan account, you may receive campaign benefits.

Each invitation code has an expiration date and cannot be used after it expires. Invitation codes may be provided by Mercari Japan or its partners.
Note: Details of invitation campaigns are not disclosed in the Help Center.
Note: Please note that invitation codes for the Japanese Mercari service cannot be used on Mercari Japan. If you enter an invitation code for the Japanese Mercari service, the campaign conditions will not be met.

To receive campaign benefits, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Create a new Mercari Japan account during the eligible campaign period
• Enter a valid, unexpired invitation code (Limited to invitation codes for Mercari Japan.) during the registration process
• Successfully complete the registration process and be able to log in to the account

Note: Invitation codes must be entered during the registration process. They cannot be applied after account creation.

If you have met all of the above conditions but have not received the benefit by the next business day after registration, please contact us. Separate terms and conditions apply to the use of campaign benefits, so please carefully review the terms provided when the invitation code is distributed.

Mercari Japan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the invitation code campaign at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, technical issues, or changes in business conditions.
