This guide provides information about Mercari coupons (henceforth “coupons”) that can be used when shopping on Mercari.

At Mercari, we regularly distribute coupons that can be used when purchasing items.

To use a coupon,you must first verify your phone number.

You can apply a coupon to your purchase by following the steps below.

1. Tap "Buy now" on the item page of the item you want to buy
2. Tap "Coupon" on the checkout screen
   *Please select the coupon before completing the purchase process
3. Tap the coupon you want to use
4. Input your shipping address and payment method
5. Tap "Place order"
   *You cannot apply the coupon after completing your order, so be sure to double check on the order review screen that the coupon has been applied

1. Go to your account page from the top right of your screen
2. Tap “Coupon" in the Coupons・Campaign section
3. Check the details, conditions, and expiration date of your coupon(s)

Please note that coupons are only displayed in the list while valid. Coupons that have expired will be removed from the list.
*You can check your coupon usage history by tapping “Coupon usage” on the same screen

• Coupons can only be applied toward the item price, so the shipping fee isn’t affected when using coupons.
• Coupons may not be available for use depending on the item category, price of the item, or your operating environment. Please check coupon details and conditions before using them.
• You can confirm whether a coupon has been successfully applied from the "Coupon" section of the "Order review” screen.
• If there is a remainder after the discount is applied, it will be rounded down.
• If a transaction that has a coupon applied to it is canceled, the used coupon will be returned to the user.

Please check if any of the following apply.

• Your order does not meet the coupon usage conditions
  There may be restrictions on the kind of items that coupons can be used on, or the coupon may have an expiration date that has passed. Please check the details of each individual coupon.
• The order process has already been completed
  Coupons can only be applied at the beginning of the order process and cannot be applied after the order processed has been completed.
• The coupon has already been used
  Coupons can only be used once within its validity period. To check if you have already used a coupon, please check your coupon usage history from the coupon section of your account page.
