- Card limit has been exceeded
- 3D Secure (identity verification) has not been completed or has failed
- Payment restrictions imposed by the credit card issuer or Mercari’s security standards
- Temporary system error
If you’ve confirmed that none of the above issues apply, please consider using a different credit card or contact your credit card issuer for further assistance.
