Prohibited Conduct

Mercari is a service that allows users to easily purchase products from the Japanese marketplace, even from overseas.
To ensure that everyone can engage in safe and secure transactions, the following actions are prohibited.

If we confirm an instance of prohibited conduct a warning will be issued.

If there is no improvement despite repeated warnings, the customer may be subject to temporary or permanent usage restrictions.

Please note that if we determine that the act is serious or urgent, usage restrictions may be imposed at the same time as the first warning.

For more details on usage restrictions, please refer to the “What to Do if Your Account Is Restricted” section.
