Purchasing on Mercari

Mercari offers a proxy purchase service for customers in Taiwan and Hong Kong.


Transaction Flow
  1. Purchase the item
    • To purchase an item, you must first register as a member.
      Please check here for instructions on how to register.
  2. Mercari will buy the item for you, and the Japanese seller will ship it to a warehouse in Japan
  3. Mercari will inspect the item at the warehouse in Japan
  4. The item will be shipped to the address you specified at the time of purchase
  5. You receive the item
About Service Fees

The service fee includes order processing costs and handling fees.

About Inspection

Items purchased will be checked by Mercari upon arrival at the warehouse.

The actual item received will be compared against the listing description to check for discrepancies in quantity, content, etc., during inspection.
*Please note that inspection does not include functionality testing or authenticity verification.

If any issues are found after the item arrives, Mercari will provide support.

About Cancellations

Cancellations due to customer circumstances after placing an order cannot be accepted.

In certain cases—such as when the seller does not ship the item, or if problems are found during inspection—Mercari may cancel the order.

Aside from the above, if any trouble occurs, Mercari will provide proper support, so you can use our service with confidence.
