Mercari offers a proxy purchase service for customers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and The United States.

- Mercari will arrange the purchase on your behalf, and the Japanese seller will ship it to a warehouse in Japan
- Mercari will inspect the item at the warehouse in Japan
- The item will be shipped to the address you specified at the time of purchase
- You receive the item

Items purchased will be checked by Mercari upon arrival at the warehouse.
The actual item received will be compared against the item’s images in the listing to check for discrepancies in quantity, content, etc., during inspection.

If any issues are found after the item arrives, Mercari will provide support in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Cancellations due to customer circumstances after placing an order cannot be accepted.
In certain cases—such as when the seller does not ship the item, or if problems are found during inspection—Mercari may cancel the order.

We guarantee to hand over your item to the international carrier within 30 days of your order. If we determine that we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you and offer a cancellation option as per our Refund Policy. Please note this guarantee covers shipment, not the final delivery date.
Please note that all sales are final once an order is placed. No returns or exchanges are accepted upon delivery. However, if your item is damaged in transit or significantly not as described, you may apply for a refund within 14 days of delivery. All requests are subject to our review process in accordance with our Refund Policy.
