This guide provides instructions on how to contact us regarding requests to disclose, revise, or delete your personal information (Mercari account information).

1. Tap “Contact us” shown at the bottom of this guide.
   *If you have not yet closed your account, you will need to sign in before contacting our Help Center.
2. Fill in the required information, attach a photo of your passport for identity confirmation, then tap “Submit.”

After reviewing the content of your inquiry, we will proceed with deletion, disclosure, or revision of your personal information. Please note that, regarding the deletion of personal information, there may be cases where we are unable to comply, as stated in the precautions listed at the time of inquiry.

In order to have your personal information deleted, you must first close your Mercari account.

Please confirm the following before contacting us to delete your personal information (account information).

• The deletion process will delete your personal information (account information), settings, and other information such as transaction history.
• We cannot delete personal information when there is a valid reason to retain a user’s personal information (account information), or if we are required to retain a user’s personal information (account information) by law.
• Once your personal information (account information) has been deleted, it cannot be restored. Your account settings and order history also cannot be restored.
